LTC RN needed in Sturgeon Bay, WI - Long Term Care Registered Nurses generally work in healthcare facilities, convalescent homes, hospice or assisted-living centers. Long Term Care Nurses must be comfortable assessing patients, creating care plans for patients, providing guidance and schedule treatments for the patients. A Long Term Care RN generally oversees the work of a LPN.
Responsibilities
As a Long Term Care RN your duties consist of:

Monitoring the condition and the vital signs of patients.
Logging records for the facility.
Completing care plans.
Supervising aides and assistants as they help patient's day to day needs.

Requirements
One year of experience as a Long Term Care Nurse within the past two years.

Active RN License in good standing.
Up to date Basic Life Support through American Heart Association.
Negative Drug Screen.
