TELE RN needed in Lanham, MD - The TELE RN is responsible for caring for patients that must have special monitoring, frequently including patients recently released from the Intensive Care Unit.
Responsibilities
As a Telemetry Nurse your duties include:

Administering prescribed medications and use life measuring instruments.
Reviewing data produced from various medical equipment and act upon findings.
Providing updates to the patient and their families regarding their condition.
Educating patients about the best ways to adjust to major lifestyle changes.

Requirements
One year of experience as a TELE RN within the past two years.

Current Nursing License in good standing.
Up to date BLS from American Heart Association.
Must pass pre-employment drug screen.
