ACADEMIC GASTROENTEROLIGIST

The Section of Digestive Diseases in the Department of Internal Medicine at the Yale School of Medicine is recruiting faculty who are physician-investigators with specific interests in pancreatic neoplasia at the rank of Assistant or Associate Professor. Individuals also must be committed to the clinical practice of gastroenterology or hepatology in a full-time academic setting. Respective to the position, individuals may be intimately involved with the clinical fellowship program, are expected to develop an independent clinical/laboratory research program, and will be intimately involved with the training of clinical/research fellows. Candidates must hold a medical degree and be board eligible in gastroenterology/hepatology. Candidates must have a strong record of research achievements and excellent backgrounds in clinical/research training. Competitive salary and academic rank will be determined by previous experience.
