POSITION PURPOSE


The Branch Director is responsible for leading the Kentucky/Indiana based team to build and develop the Right at Home brand in the local market by utlizing expertise in local markets, referral services, laws and regulations regarding licensing and business operations. 


 


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES



  • Responsible for local branch operations including; sales, marketing, care management, and financial performance management

  • Collaborate with experts in the areas of human resources, and payroll and billing. 

  • This position will hire, lead and manage all local employees and will be responsible for training, coaching and evaluating the staff. 

  • This position will require in market travel up to 50% of the time to develop referral relationships and to establish/grow the employer brand. 

  • This role will interface with members of the Corporate Team

  • Manage the local office budget and be held accountable for profitability and revenue goals

  • Execute on major initiatives and objectives that align with growing and developing the Right at Home brand.



 


EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE



  • Bachelors degree in Business or related field or equivalent experience is required

  • 5+ years in a similar position with home care experience required

  • B2B Marketing in the home care industry preferred

  • Leadership experience (managing projects and people) required



 


KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES



  • Ability to manage office operations  

  • Attention to detail

  • Quickbooks experience highly preferred

  • Ability to provide proof of insurance and drivers license 

  • Ability to work independently, manage own workload, and complete tasks in a timely manner

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to be an effective team member and display initiative.

Office environment with local travel required.
