A Direct Support Professional supports and cares for people who have intellectual and developmental disabilities so they can live life independently at home, and be an active member in their community. DSPs help them with everyday life skills: personal self-care, household chores such as meal preparation, cleaning and laundry, as well as supporting their involvement in the community. Other responsibilities include using company vehicles to take the individuals to appointments as needed, outings any other scheduled daily activities. Each individual has a plan (ISP) that says what they like, how their day is planned, and details the best ways to help them.

Enrollment in company provided Medication Administration class (Level 1&3) as needed.

The following requirements are needed to join our team:

High School Diploma or GED

Valid Driver's license

Automobile Insurance

Salary: $12.00 to $13.00/hour Between the hours of 10p-6a we offer a shift differential. Weekend only DSP rate of pay will start off at $14.00 per hour.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Shifts available: 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and weekends only

COVID-19 considerations:

Employee screening at beginning of each shift. Increased cleaning and disinfection every shift
