Job description
If you are a caring person who would like to work hands on with people, share your knowledge and personality by helping them with daily tasks and assist in making people the best versions of themselves then this is the home and position for you!
House Managers supervise Direct Support Professionals in the group home setting. House Managers are on 24 hour call-meaning they must make themselves available to their staff should they call with a question or need assistance. On the occasion that an employee calls off and the house manager is unable to find coverage, they would be required to work the shift. In addition, they support and care for people who have intellectual and developmental disabilities so they can live life independently at home, and be an active member in their community. House Managers also help them with everyday life skills: personal self-care, household chores such as meal preparation, cleaning and laundry, as well as supporting their involvement in the community. Other responsibilities include completing all required documentation, ensuring it is turned in before set deadlines and using company vehicles to take the individuals to appointments as needed, outings any other scheduled daily activities. Each individual has a plan (ISP) that says what they like, how their day is planned, and details the best ways to help them.

The following requirements are needed to join our team:
High School Diploma or GED
Valid Driver's license
Automobile Insurance
Salary: $16.00 / hour
Job Types: Full-time
Shifts available: 2nd

Employee screening at beginning of each shift. Increased cleaning and disinfection every shift
