CompDrug has an immediate opening for a conscientious Registered Nurse to join our team.  


 


Job-specific duties 



  • Responsible for dispensing scheduled medications as per physicians request 

  • Establish positive working relationships with patients  

  • Monitor and document patient compliance with medication 

  • Respond to patient concerns and questions and maintain accurate documentation  

  • Demonstrate the ability to prioritize and multi-task while performing the duties of the Nursing Department 

  • Demonstrate high ethical standards 

  • Collaborate in processing lab work of all new patients 

  • Conduct assessments & treatment referrals for patients 

  • Utilize our electronic medical records system 

  • Provide emotional support to patients 

  • Maintain positive employee relations 



Qualifications 



  • Candidates must possess current RN licensure in the state of Ohio 

  • Must be able to work in a fast paced, team environment with a person-centered approach

  • Be able to communicate clearly and precisely 

  • Psychiatric and medicated assisted treatment experience preferred 

  • Competent navigating and utilizing electronic health record

  • Critical thinking skills



 


This is a 40 hour per week position, with a regular schedule of Monday, Thursday, Friday 5:45 am - 2 pm/Tuesday and Wednesday 5:15 am - 2 pm and a brief Saturday morning shift 5:45 am - 9:15 am) once a month.

Those services combined reach thousands of people every day and are instrumental in saving lives, preventing problems, and proving that treatment works. CompDrug has met the standard for high quality treatment and prevention services, winning several awards and gaining National Accreditation for its Opioid Treatment Program through CARF (Commission for Accreditation for Rehabilitation Facilities), beginning in 2002. Today, all of CompDrug's programs have achieved the highest level of accreditation awarded by CARF.
