Summary:


Responsible for the strategic guidance, planning and execution of human performance, employee engagement, and well-being programs with our clients. Additionally, Senior Account Managers use their client experience knowledge to make a difference. Heres how:


 


Responsibilities:




  • Facilitate client wellbeing initiatives and programs, providing leadership, innovative ideas, and problem solving strategies through conference calls, email communication, webinars, and onsite meetings



  • Prepare and present thoughtful recommendations for program design that are customized to the clients objectives and culture.



  • Able to work and communicate with larger enterprise and mid-sized clients and their senior leadership



  • Able to contribute in assisting with clients RFP or renewal response



  • Build rapport and relationships with client contacts and establish connections with decision makers



  • Develop project plans for each client and ensure on-time delivery and execution of each element of the well-being initiative



  • Work with Project Managers to ensure on-time, smooth program implementations and refreshes



  • Continuously gather feedback and work with internal Coaching, Health Screening, and Design teams to reach 50% initial program engagement and 20% ongoing engagement in challenges for each client's program



  • Respond to all client communications within one (1) business day, same day whenever possible



  • Manage multiple client programs at once with quick turn-around times



  • Proactively work with internal and external Support teams to find resolution to client issues/concerns in a timely manner, keeping relevant parties in the loop throughout the process



  • Work with Partner & client Engineering team to deliver launch, quarterly, and year-over-year reports to clients, highlighting wins and offering compelling recommendations for improvement



  • Earn client satisfaction scores of 4.0 or higher.80% account response rate



  • Serve as an escalation point for your client questions/concerns




Desired Skills, Experience + Education:


If you can accomplish the above, then youve got what it takes. Realistically though, youll need:




  • Experience with client populations of at least 2,000 employees or greater



  • Demonstrated experience in the well-being/wellness environment



  • Ability to be self-directed in prioritization of work and managing multiple projects simultaneously



  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills



  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt



  • Resourceful, resilient and comfortable with a degree of ambiguity, as the needs of each client are dynamic



  • Adaptable and able to succeed in ADUROs nebulous and agile environment



  • Proficient in the Microsoft office suite



  • Comfortable with emerging technologies and adept at using cloud-based programs



  • Proven and stellar presentation skills



  • Demonstrated consultative abilities



  • 4-6 years of client management experience



  • Ability to work with all teams; remaining highly respectful and collaborative in your communications



  • Excellent problem-solving skills



  • Experience with Salesforce earns you massive bonus points



  • Bachelors degree in Business, Communications, or a similar field
